The 3-rd Bulgarian Festival is brought to you by the Bulgarian Cultural Center Festival committee, a team of young enthusiastic professionals form greater Boston area, who devotedly donate their time, professionalism, expertise and energy to create this wonderful string of events, while giving a hand to those in need. All proceeds from the BCF will go in support of the School for Visually Impaired Children, Varna, Bulgaria.
